Most people are suitable for treatment but our therapist will go through a pre-treatment questionnaire to determine your skin health and any allergies or medical treatments you are undergoing.

.How many treatments are necessary?

Your therapist will advise how many tretaments you will need and what “at home routine” you will need to adpot. Skincare routine is just like going to the gym, you wouldnt expect to see a six pack after one visit, and the same principle applies to facial care. However, we do guarantee that you will leave feeling glowing, refreshed and pampered.

How long does each treatment take?

We tailor each facial to either 30, 60 or 90 minute treatments, and this time reflects in the price. The longer 90 minute treatments will comprise of Lymphatic Drainage, LED Light Therapy, Facials, Peels, Microneedling or more.

Consultation Procedure

Prior to treatment, a consultation is conducted in which a medical history is taken to confirm suitability for treatment, there is also an opportunity for any questions you may have to be answered.

As a courtesy to our clients on our waiting list we kindly ask for you to give us at least 48 hours notice for any amendments or cancellations of your booking. A 50% cancellation fee will be payable for less than 24 hours notice and 100% if cancelled on the day.
